How people’s relationship with place has been affected by the pandemic

Collaborate’s founder, Monique, is delighted to have supported Demos on their new large scale research project, sponsored by Legal & General, on people’s relationship with the place where they live. The first report from this work is on how people’s priorities for their place have been affected by the pandemic. One of the key findings is that people who have worked from home during the past year want to continue some level of remote/hybrid working post-pandemic. The report, which has now been published, recommends that government support remote working post-pandemic as a route to local regeneration by spreading spending power over a wider geographic area.
