Consumer experiences of power loss from Storm Arwen

As part of an ongoing consultancy assignment earlier this year, Monique led on a qualitative research  project seeking to understand the experiences of customers who were affected by an extended power outage as a result of Storm Arwen.

This research was one of the key evidence sources which informed Ofgem’s wider review of network operators’ response to Storm Arwen.

The report of the research has been published in full and some of its findings were also included in the main review report.
